Both teams started the match wearing white jerseys. Referee Balvay stopped distinguishing players in 8 minutes after the kick-off and suggested that one of the teams to change their uniform. Brazil was nominally the home team, so Bolivia's players had to change their shirts. At the stadium there were only La Celeste jerseys of the Uruguay national team. The Bolivian national team continued to play in these soft blue jerseys. |
